Good staff sorted all our travel needs nothing was any trouble.
I couldn't rate this branch of Newells highly enough, and I have been booking holidays through them for quite some time. It is always a pleasure to talk to the lovely Adam, who is a dab-hand at booking super duper holidays that are tailored to my own specific preferences - and I am quite particular! In fact, everyone provides a first-class service, every time. Thank you so much to everyone at Newells in Truro, but especially to the lovely Adam. I wouldn't go anywhere else to book my holiday. In response to the person that left a comparison between Tui and Newells in a previous review, I have used Tui once and it was the worst holiday accommodation I have ever stayed in. When you use a local agent, like Newells in Truro, you get a very much more personalised service, which in my opinion is priceless.
Excellent
I as trawling the travel agents looking for a winter sun holiday in Tenerife - Newells was quite a bit more expensive than the Tui shop next door, often for the same hotel - Ended up booking my holiday at Tui.
Very helpful
