Care more about making money then giving your animal the correct treatment. Will try everything to squeeze as much money out of you. Spent well over 1k for scans to find out it was exactly what we said it was originally.

Fantastic service, yes they are expensive if you don't have insurance, we paid over 1k for our little jack russel to be sorted, was 2 nights in care, scans and medication. Very experienced vets and I knew our little one was being cared for. Thanks guys and a big thank you from little Coco ️

I love these vets, I have dealt with them for 3 of my dogs and a foster dog and couldn't ask for better care. The staff are amazing and the care they give the animals and to none. I have had bad experiences with other vets in the past but would recommend Westways to anyone.

Always get an appointment in good time, they always recommend a couple of treatment options so it was nice to have the choice and not feel they were taking your money for nothing! Its a shame they don’t have anything to kind of restrain the animals - our dog was crawling up us while they tried to examiner her, vet kind of looked at us as if to say “well calm her” - if you’re going to do ‘intimate’ examinations under no sedation, even something like the groomers to hold them in pace would be good.
