I would not recommend this place to anyone! The staff seem to not care about anyone in the slightest! I’ve been sick for 3 months and I know what’s wrong with me. They haven’t got me any appointments NOTHING! I have kidney and liver failure and stomach infections they’ve done nothing!! So I’ve been in hospital very very unwell and In horrific pain! If I could get this place closed down I would staff a ridiculous.

The practice itself is fantastic. Lovely doctors/nurses and midwives, I had a great experience through my pregnancy and very reassured during the current pandemic. However, I now have my newborn baby (currently 7 weeks) and I can never ever get through on the phone. It doesn't put me in a queue, just cuts off as soon as I call saying \line busy\- so I don't even have the option to wait in line. I had a problem with my baby at 5 weeks and called HV but they referred to speak with a doctor but I couldnt make a call. When I did reception just told me to try again calling in the morning as nothing available but my phone only connected this one time in the afternoon. I now need to speak with the surgery again but low and behold... line busy! I would love to be able to speak to my doctors without such a struggle!

Staff are great and efficient in their work I could not fault them at all, always helpful and cheery ! Only one flaw is the surgery needs another prescription line in place as the wait is ridiculous and 1 line is not enough for the ammount of people registered with them (Not staffs problem) Good day.

Couple of the receptionists are canny 1 is good friend but others seem like they haven't got time and can't be bothered with staff.And customer service does not comply with them I was given instructions few month ago too call before 9 for same day appointment and had too ask my boss for morning off too do this so. I called for over an hour expecting it too be busy but !. This was not the case not 1 single person was in to make it busy and no phone ringing in background when I arrived so I'm convinced they take phone off the hook. Also 1 member of staff with horrible attitude wouldn't change my appointment on another occasion so I kept my appointment because I never had choice and she declared that I cancelled it \absolutely compulsive lier\ said that I said I wanted to cancel when i didnt . Also attitude from them on the phone sometimes is absolutely appalling and think they need reviewed or sacked because they are highly unprofessional and every time I ring there on a break and told to ring later people are putting there life on hold for them and expect good service and it's the reception that lets the whole surgery down !!!..
