Another great night at the arena. Easy parking, straight in. Refreshments a bit pricey but ok.

No information given about a ????? cancelled concert-still advertising it as on and selling tickets when other sources say cancelled. Would be great to know what's going on especially as only 2 days to concert date.

Efficient security procedure, friendly and helpful staff. Well run parking, didn't take long to at all to exit afterwards. Could just do with more variety in food options.

Amazing venue seats not too cramped good acoustics from bands and all seats not too far from performers

Been to see James Blunt live! He was absolutely amazing! Such an amazing tour! And Ward Thomas was amazing! I’m giving this 2 stars because the food and drinks was expensive! And the security team was really rude to us during entry! I understand they have a job to do to keep everyone safe but they patronised and made me feel humiliated for having my rucksack which has all my wallet and stuff in it because I didn’t know I wasn’t allowed it as the signs wasn’t clear enough. I’m not from this part of the country and other venues have always allowed me to have my rucksack with me and never been a problem as they just checked through it and passed it back. I just feel like the guy was being a jobs worth and publicly embarrassing us and turned us away where we had to walk 15 minutes back to the hotel to leave my bag. Three other security team members could have warned us about my bag being apparently too “big” before we queued to get in and none of them did. I felt really down after this encounter and had anxiety from my bag as I use my bag for myself to feel hidden and in control of my anxious nervousness. My bag was just an ordinary small Vans rucksack and hardly had anything in it other than my wallet, my car keys, my phone and a notepad with pens.
