5 star service from this company. They went above and beyond for us when one of our group members booked travel on the wrong date, we found out on the morning we were meant to leave! Dave was extremely helpful and sorted us out with alternative travel at very short notice and got us away on our trip on the day. As while as sorted out his own driver on come and collect us on the Sunday. Highly recommend Tyneside Travel and I will certain use these going forward for any future trips.
We had an excellent service from Tyneside Travel this morning. The minibus was clean and comfortable (and the Christmas decorations a nice touch), our driver turned up early, was very friendly and helpful and made the whole morning go very smoothly. The booking process was also very easy with George being very helpful answering all questions. Thank you!

Fantastic service from George and The Staff at Tyneside Travels used on several occasions most recently for a girls night out .... very easy to book, picked up and dropped off at various locations nothing was too much bother .... Couldnt recommend a better company to use for travel needs. 5 star service from start to finish.
