Simply beautiful dresses. Designer dresses were amazing and the choice was huge. Fabulous service. Felt like we were treated like royalty! All the girls were so lovely and patient. A disappointing and awkward first experience. I booked an appointment and went along with my sister and best friend. This was my first appointment trying on any dresses so I was very excited. We went in and two ladies greeted us and asked us to take a seat on the sofa. They asked us a bit about the wedding and I said it’s my first time and we didn’t have many details yet as we wanted to see what kind of dresses were available. They asked what I was looking for in a dress but I said I didn’t know as I hadn’t seen any dresses before. It felt like we weren’t allowed to look at any dresses on the rails, all of which looked beautiful, but they picked out three for me to try and we were all quickly whisked into the fitting room. No one asked me what kind of budget I had either. It felt very rushed as I tried on the three dresses - in and out. There was a policy of no photos, which is fair enough but a shame as I don’t remember what any dresses looked like. At the end they didn’t ask if I would like to try any thing else and they didn’t say it was the end of the appointment but we all kind of got our things and just left awkwardly. All in all this probably took about 15 minutes or less. I was very disappointed and didn’t feel like I was able to take anything useful away from the appointment. Luckily we went to visit Wed4Less and Wed2B in the afternoon - the ladies who helped me there were so lovely and helped me find what direction I wanted to go in should I dress shop again in the future nearer the wedding date. We even got to look at a few bridesmaids dresses too! I hope if we come back in the future the appointment will go a little better as I’m sure they didn’t mean make us feel unwelcome. And also with COVID, of course many things are different now so I definitely appreciate the efforts they took to be able to offer these appointments too.
Stunning shop with welcoming, friendly staff. They really make your experience special without being over the top and really helped me in finding my dream dress - cannot thank the girls enough! Would highly recommend for anyone wedding dress shopping in Newcastle or from further afield!
I would 100% recommend Si Bridal. I didn't have many good experience while shopping for my dress but Louise was brilliant, and really patient. I found the the dress of my dreams and even after purchasing the team continued to be amazing. Agnes was amazing helping with my alterations and making some changes to make me feel 100% comfortable in my dress. Definitely give Si a go, their range of dresses are stunning and the customer service spot on.
I went to four different bridal shops on my search for my wedding dress, and not only did I find my dream dress at Si Bridal, I also had the best experience by far out of all the shops I had visited. Louise put me at ease as soon as I entered the shop and got my mum and sisters involved too! An amazing experience from choosing my dress, to fittings and to picking it up, Louise and Agnes knew how to make you feel like the most beautiful and confident bride! Would reccomend to anyone! Xxx
