First class professional service from start to finish. Dave took the time to explain all of my available options, I never felt rushed or pressurised into making a decision at any point. When the team started the work they were friendly, courteous, turned up on time and always tidied up thoroughly before they left, it was a pleasure to have them in my home. Contacted RLM Windows in October re quote for bi-fold doors to replace existing French doors. Very quick response to email from Ricky. Arranged to view doors at showroom in late October. Order placed 9 December and doors fitted 5 February. Really professional company to deal with. Ricky is extremely knowledgeable and very prompt to return calls/answer queries. Jo on reception is lovely. Doors fitted by Karl and Ryan. Great lads, very polite and tidy workers. Demonstrated door mechanism. Couldn't be happier.
