Just a quick message to say how happy I am with your service, couldn’t have asked for more. I picked up the Samsung Q9FN demo model (last one left luckily), I felt everyone went above and beyond helping with everything from help and advice to packing and loading my TV (it was a huge tv so that was very much appreciated!). I dealt mainly with Steve who was brilliant and patient, everyone else was friendly and very helpful too, we never felt rushed or pressured in the slightest. The TV is incredible and in perfect condition, I spent all day calliberatong every setting and it’s just amazing Keep up the good work guys and thanks again!

Not the first time I’ve used these guys and won’t be the last. After arranging the now all important appointment to sample listen to a set of DALI OBERON 5 speakers. They are now installed at home. Being as I’m an aging connoisseur of rock music these speakers had to be right. Wow the sound quality is awesome. The depth of base is perfect and overall clarity is perfect. Ordered some in ear headphones from the online store which broke where tbe wire joins the headphone bud after a month or so. Contacted customer service online who said no problem, either post them to the head office or take them in store and they will replace them. Took them to my local Newcastle store and basically got told that they would not replace them as they believe the damage was caused by wrapping the wires around my mp3 player/phone, which is not true. I believe the design of the headphones caused the damage. Emailed richer sounds online and told them the issues and what the store said, they said no problem, just send them back and we will replace. Returned them and got a replacement of a different model. Great response from online customer service!
