I have found Quay Timber to be extremely professional and knowledgeable; they are clearly experts in their field, offering advice, guidance and an honest approach to product selection to best suit our needs. The products are of very high quality and definitely value for money - all this and excellent customer services, before and after the sale. Highly Recommended!

Had a new carpet fitted which stopped our lounge door from opening. Called here today to see if they could trim the bottom of the door for me. Was spoke to as if I’d asked for it done for nothing. Claimed to be too busy & said it would be 2 weeks before they could do it anyway. Yes, a 2 week wait for a 2 minute job. In other words, they simply didn’t want to do it. I appreciate it may not be the most profitable job, but the wood I’m going to need in the next few weeks to build a 22x16ft snooker room in my garden may have been half decent. Anyway, thank you to the very helpful Watsons Timber a couple of mile down the road, absolutely no problem to them, in & out in under 5 minutes. 5 charge, 20 given as a little thank you.
Everyone at Quay Timber has been really helpful. I have nearly completed a 2 year house renovation and have got everything from Quay Timber - floorboards, pine shelving, skirting boards and dressed pine for other odd joinery jobs. Can't rate them highly enough.
Best service! Couldn’t get my hands on timber decking with delivery anywhere. Popped down and they sorted me out straight away, found me a delivery driver and I got everything I needed right there and then for a really reasonable price.
Fantastic service all round. Prompt, reasonably priced and lovely staff.
