I had my operation here on 21st January through the NHS, due to covid in my area (Cumbria) . Spent 2 nights here and I was treated very well, all the staff were very caring and polite, nothing was to much bother, my room was like a hotel room, food was excellent and plenty of welcoming cups of tea were provided as and when needed. My stay was made easier being cared for by dedicated staff

Hi visted the hospital for the first time today 20.10.20.lovely establishment.friendly.myself i was at the radiology dept.two things that worried me.i found it to be a bit laxed.first was told my temperature would be taken.thus it was not.under the current climate.didnt think much of that.second the radiology reception found the mature lady to be wearing a mask like all the staff and patients.but also a young girl was on reception.she had a mask.but didnt cover her face at all times.kept putting it over her face then removing it.which i didnt find acceptable.overall tho a good experience.
