Absolutely amazing service here. Was sent here from Middlesbrough, due to being a large guy and claustrophobic. From the moment I entered I felt welcome. The staff are amazing. I had a bit of a wait because patient transport, dropped me off about an hour before my appointment time. The clerk was brilliant. We spoke about all sorts. When my time came to get scanned, the nurse and radiographer, explained everything to me and we had a giggle. Unfortunately, I was too big for the scanner so I couldn't get it done but if I could have i would have. Wasn't nervous in the slightest. I'm agoraphobic too and suffer from sever anxiety. From beginning to end. A perfect service. Thankyou so much

What an absolutely amazing Clinic... I require steroid injections for pain that I get around my kidneys, and usually I'd have them done at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Gateshead. However, I needed them done fairy soonish, as I'm going on holiday soon. I arrived early to the clinic, and before I could sit down in reception, I was taken straight through. I got changed, had my stats done, and got taken through for my procedure straight away. All of the staff; receptionists, nurses, radiologist, consultant, where absolutely fantastic. They looked after me, talked to me, and made me feel like a person rather than a patient. After, they looked after me and made sure I was ok before going home. The Queen Elizabeth Hospital are always amazing, but if I had to travel to the Newcastle Clinic again for my injections, I most definitely would. Thank you very much. They've been brilliant. 6 out of 5 stars!
feeling very anxious & frightened leading up to my MRI due to being Claustrophobic, well I finally had my appointment today. The 2 members of staff who did the scan were absolutely brilliant, they explained everything and were very friendly, I managed to get through my scan without any anxiety at all, thank you so much u are both stars.
I have had 3 MRI scans in the past. One in the old tunnel, & two in an \open\ scanner, which actually just had a slit down each side. This scanner is great. I found it so comfortable, staff friendly , a good experience.
Got a threatening appointment letter saying i would be charged 50 if i missed an appointment after a car accident ( not my fault ). Organised time off work for the appointment they then changed the time and i had to sort out cover again, less than 24 hours before my appointment the doctor called to say he needed to change the appointment time again and I tried to explain that I couldn't mess work around again but he didn't want to know and ended the call by saying i wont be there for the agreed time and i will be in about 30-40 minutes late. Not what i expected from a private medical clinic.
