Having moved here not too long ago, my GP submitted a repeat prescription. I ring and they have it ready in no time, not like my old place where for over a year, every month they'd keep me waiting for ages and blaming the GP if they couldn't find it. Morrison's Pharmacy is convenient for when I do my shopping and staff always friendly and helpful.

Went in for a particular product (a liquid bandage) and was told very authoritatively it had been taken off the market. Not sure whether it was an intentional lie or the pharmacist just doesn't know what they're talking about, but it turns out it's not true and is available from Boot's. Not very helpful. Would therefore not trust their advice!

Handed in prescription, given a receipt and told to come back in ten minutes. I came back and stood next to the 'que here' sign. A woman walked up to the counter and was served straight away even though the assistant had seen me. When I eventually got served the assistant went through security with me then told me they didn't have it and gave me the prescription back. What a waste of time.
