I bought my last car here and the sales staff were wonderful and helpful throughout. I had a couple of teething issues with my car and the service staff again were great.
We have bought an Octavia, dealing with Neil. We are more than happy with the car and the service which we received. When we arrived at the showroon to collect the car Neil was busy but we were not left unattended to, we were greeted by another member of staff and invited to sit in the waiting area and served coffee. We found everyone to be proffessional and Neil had an honest approach and did not put any pressure on us at all to buy the car. We would recommend this dealership and will look to buy our next car from them
Everything went fine The rep was fantastic The only problem Which I was really disappointed with was the insurance for a day just to get the vehicle home Because I was a taxi driver they wouldn't insure me I had to shop around myself To find it
Great customer service with good Covid precautions in place. Only a Click and collect service available at the moment, sad but necessary and look forward to visiting when pandemic is over and done normality restored.
