supplied the wrong hardware then would only supply the replacements if we paid for them. There are plenty of good hardware companies around, unfortunately J & P are not one of them. Avoid.

I had to replace notice latches which were bought howden less than a year ago .out of 7 4 had stopped working whilst door was shut .this caused a lot of pain trying to open the doors .I damaged the handles so got 3 handles as well .the quality of jp hardware latches was so much better and the handles weighed 3 times that of howdens so much better quality the next day I went back and bought handles to replace all the howden rubbish
