I recently accepted an accounting position at this company. On my first day, I ended up working alone without any direction or guidance. As a self starter and a proactive person I struggled to understand if the job was worth even turning up to. I was told at my interview by the MD to take off my mask in a small room with three people in close proximity, this was the first thing that alerted me to the working ethics of this company. I never received an offer letter or contract and I was told by the MD to draft my own. When I confirmed my salary as discussed in the interview, they changed the amount considerably. After challenging this, I was told not to come back . Please be aware of this company and think long and hard about accepting a job, you may not actually get paid or make it beyond the first day. I will be taking this further because of the breach of contract.

I will never use this company again!!!!! I was sold a box of Kraft Sandwich bags that was faulty. I informed them of the problems and someone called Terry asked me to send them a few samples back,So I did. A fortnight passed and I didn't hear anything so I emailed them to see if they had received the samples. They didn't get back to me. I emailed them again, nothing. Very bad customer service. I know I'm a new small businesses but my business is growing and that will be without GM Packaging. There's plenty of companies out there that will be happy to take my business. I wouldn't have gave them one star but you have to.
