A first rate service. I rang for a short notice steak order and I was far from disappointed. I had a lovely chat with the man in the shop, unfortunately I didn’t quite catch his name. He was a fantastic butcher with a great knowledge of his craft. He had reserved me an absolutely beautiful fillet of beef which I had explained I was making a Wellington with, and he made sure that I had a cut perfectly suited for the recipe. It turned out marvellous and the beef was stunning. Thank you very much!! - I will be returning to show him the results.
