Very helpful and friendly from first contact. They visited the following day and gave some very good advice based on the individual needs of the user of the stairlift. The lift was installed within 3 days, enabling my Dad to get home from hospital quickly. Engineer who installed, explained all of the functions comprehensively (he has worked for the company for 20 years. People don't work for bad companies this long). I am very happy with the service, and parents are over the moon with the lift. Thanks Dolphin, it has made a HUGH difference to my Dads life.
