The place is good for convenient pick ups of online purchased products. It works as a drive through, you enter with your car , give a few details and by the time you are around it, your order is ready to be picked up by you. However, they do not provide any carry bags so of you are going via bike or a public transport, I suggest you must bring a carry bag with you. I went there in COVID Pandemic, thus all the safety guidelines were in effect, meant you have to checkin using their QR code or the site link and fill up the details such as your name, Order number and Contact number. Which will put your order in a virtual queue and then when your turn comes up, you can collect it.

We were sold an item that wasn't as described and broke a few weeks after delivery. The staff in-store weren't interested and tried to push us back to the manufacturer, despite me explaining the law to them. No response to emails either. Advise to others: if you are buying from Currys PC World, make sure you pay on a credit card.

Great went in to look at the tumble dryers the sales assistant came across, gave me advice and i picked the one I wanted. It was delivered this morning fantastic service by the shop and delivery staff. Would highly recommend.

Disgusting customer service and really bad service took money out of my bank and don’t send order I supposed to get my order at 5 to 7 working day’s? but i never receive my order in time!!!! and after 20 day I was going to in the store asking to help me but told me we can’t do anything horrible Manager come to door said to me we can’t help you i thinking need to learn more how to do business need to learn manager to speak to customers nicely

Absolutely abysmal service. Placed an order online to collect in store, needed the item urgently for work. The website said it was available for immediate collection. They've taken my money but 3 days later haven't told me when I can actually pick it up. Literally no way of getting in touch with them. Web chat not working. Tried calling but after getting lost in an endless menu system I was just cut off. The ONLY way I can get in touch with them is by post! I have no idea what's happened to my 700 order. Shocking customer service, avoid.
