Everytime I come here and order it is either out of stock, machines broken or something or the other. Always have to settle for a drink rather than what I want.

Fantastic bubble tea here at Chatime. The staff are very friendly and ask you how much ice and sugar levels you want in your drink:( Personally, i would recommend having a half sugar drink, as it may be a little bitter.) The tea itself was amazing; the best i have ever had. Although, it would be better if there was more choices of flavours on the menu.
Love the Taro milk tea with pudding and the Limited edition Tiramisu tea
Lovely drinks, it’s a shame the service has just gotten increasingly poor. Never enough staff, always out of ingredients, always waiting a long time for your drinks. Often their equipment is not working however they will only tell you cash only once you get to the till, after you have waited in a queue for fifteen mins that you need to get cash out. This has happened several times. Drinks orders have been mixed up as well. We waited twenty mins for a drink only to be told that actually they didn’t have it and to pick something else. Then insisted on refunding the drink back to my card to pay again because my new drink was 10p more. After waiting for so long. I do not recommend trying her until they sort out their service, it’s appaling.
Really slow have to wait more than 15 mins.
