I went to Canny Crafty recently with a friend and our toddlers to do some personalised Christmas baubles. Booking was quick and easy and when we arrived we felt very comfortable with the level of COVID-19 precautions in place (spaced out tables, full staff PPE during printing, masks when moving around the shop, PPE screen at the till). They have a varied and reasonably priced selection of pottery to choose from and we both ended up adding some mugs to our order. We didn’t stay for our full booking slot as the lady doing our prints was very practiced and speedy (ideal as my son isn’t fond of sitting still for too long...) but if you were unsure what you wanted to do/buy you would have more than enough time to um and ah before actually getting prints done.

A delightful experience painting our own ceramic mugs that kept the children entertained for an hour and a half! Great COVID measures in place make it a very relaxing creative experience. Good selection of refreshments and fantastic staff - will be returning time and time again!

A great place for adults and children. Alot of choices to paint and decorate. Reasonably priced drinks and snacks. Vouchers available to gifts and birthdays. A must for all crafters

Went on a very quiet day with a friend, we were caught up painting and not keeping an eye on the time and were told minutes to 5 that they shut at 5 and we had to leave. A pre-warning would of been helpful as we've end up with work that's finishing touches have been rushed and not as neat as we would have liked. We were also not told about the nibs pens and other items they have available, seemed like the staff were distracted conducting job interviews which didn't seem appropriate given there were customers in the shop, it made the atmosphere quite formal.
