I believe this is a joint family business and unfortunately this review is in regards to a lash extension appointment I had last month with Kim. Kim didn’t turn up and blanked my calls, texts and messages for a good while until I mentioned I’d have to go another way to claim my money and I’d leave an honest review. I’m still waiting for a refund from Kim a month later, I was promised I’d have it at the latest a week ago. I doubt I’ll see MY money again but I’ll keep trying. A full explanation of the drama I’ve had is on Avenue Laser Facebook. Untrustworthy, unreliable and completely dishonest. Stay clear - there’s lots of other fantastic and friendlier places around. Since writing this post I’ve had Kim comment on one of my Facebook profile photos in regards to my reviews which I don’t appreciate and think is totally unprofessional. How it takes so long to bank transfer my money when she asked for my details 3 weeks ago is beyond me.

So I had my first lip fillers yesterday by Abby & I'm so pleased with the results. I was quite nervous to say the least but Abby was so lovely & patient with me & answered all my question no matter how silly they were & I felt so much at ease & relaxed noing I was in good hands, i even returned after my treatment as I was slightly worried on bruising etc as with it being my first time & being me ha & she was lovely..checked them & reassured me all was good. Definitely recommend Abby...very professional & lovely girl.
