We would like to thank Georgia Pattison (Newcastle branch) for her help during the process of buying our new car. We are delighted with the customer service and care that Georgia provided us with, right from the start. As soon as we reserved the car (on Sunday afternoon!), she called us and within minutes we had a full video of the car. She kept in touch throughout the whole process and went the extra mile offering to fix a small dent on the side of the car before it's transferred to Wolverhampton branch - nothing was too much trouble! We have received an 11/10 customer service from her and we truly appreciate it, especially during these challenging times. Excellent, would recommend to everybody.

Currently waiting for Arnold Clark's service department to fix the issues that they have caused after my car was in for an MOT and service.. from Thursday 14th juke until today, I've either been in the dealership or called them.. not great in the slightest. Please see picture with what I'm dealing with on my Nissan Juke.. again awaiting for them to get back to me tomorrow or I'll be back in. Did not want to rate at all.

We bought our first car from Arnold Clark and received excellent customer service, advice and assurance from Adam, whom went out of his way to make sure we got the car that we wanted. The manager Mick was also very helpful and we felt very looked after by him. The prices are very reasonable and staff are more than happy to work within your budget. We 100% recommend for anyone looking to buy a car!

Bought my car from Arnold Clark with 2 years free MOT and Servicing which I was impressed with. It would be great if after 5 days of leaving messages for a Servicing Department that don't reply I could actually get it booked in for one!! Rang again today and left another message..... Still waiting!! I will seriously reconsider any future purchases from this dealership.
