Absolutely disgraceful customer service and behaviour. Everything was poor, from delays in receiving my scope, to communication and final product. They don't want to know you after they've got your money, even if there are problems with your item. Was meant to be a scope I would cherish for many years. Instead, proved to be a nightmare. I wouldn't trust them.
I bought a 10” dobsonian reflector several years ago at Astrofest. Excellent optics and were very helpful in upgrading the focuser.
