Absolutely awful service if I could rate it 0 I would! I can now understand why there is negative reviews on here, We have been waiting for blood tests results for over 3months now despite ringing up many times to be told a doctor would get back to me, also promised that every 3months a blood test form shall be sent to our address and it hasn’t so I’ve had to ring again about that, when I ring up im waiting for ages to speak to someone if I can get to speak to someone at all that is! I’ve tried many times and no answer not great when you have to work and find time out of your day to ring up, saying this service is for mental health and supposed to be there for people who are vulnerable as a support its no support it’s just adding to the pressure, which really isn’t good.

Doesn’t even deserve a star. No support, discharged without being told, twice. Second time without even having had an appointment. No one tries to contact you, and if you try to contact them, good luck!

Terrible service from members of staff across the board to vulnerable people when they need help the most. I'm on the verge of putting a complaint in myself against my own doctor there.

Refreshing to see that it’s not only me that finds this and other services completely unacceptable. People can go on about cuts to services all they want, that is happening everywhere, the problem with this service is down to the people who work there. The financial cuts to services do not affect a persons ability to care, to want to help, treating people like a human being, respecting rights and opinions, wanting to make a difference and support someone until they are in a better place. Today’s support is all about covering each other’s back even at the cost to a service user, lying instead of taking responsibility for your mistakes again at the cost of the service user, being able treat services user however they want then using every excuse possible to justify it, blame the service user, threaten service users with consequences if they try to speak up and stand up for them selves, outright ignore the service user, basically turn up for work each day, get paid and do what the hell you like to those that need support and in some cases do worse damage to a service user which they may not ever get over. Service users have no rights, no views and no voice when it comes to NHS mental health services

Terrible care. Doctors don't listen and don't seem to care at all. Constant mistakes such as wrong prescriptions, wrong details in reports, stubbornness and unwillingness to consider patients opinions, misdiagnosis, never pick up the phone and leave you on hold indefinitely, impossible to make appointments which are 3 or more months apart with zero contact in between. Been going here for over a year and my doctor didn't even remember who I was when I last went in. This place consistantly has 1 star ratings, I'm glad its not just me with these experiences. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. How no one higher up hasn't noticed the reviews and done something about it amazes me.
