I’ve been receiving chiropractic treatments from Alaine Skerrat now for many years , at least once a month for maintenance, if I don’t have my maintenance I find myself in difficulty with my lower back through damage caused by previous accidents . I'd put off seeing a chiropractor for a while as didn't like the idea of my back being manipulated into all sorts of weird positions, however after being treated by Alaine wish I had bitten the bullet a long time ago. The technique she used was a lot more gentle than expected and after a few sessions has given me some fantastic results after suffering for a long time.
