Had a great visit to this store on Saturday 21st November. Nice Christmas music playing and had a nice feel. The manager was very helpful opening my paint tubs.

I hate DIY, but the fantastic customer service from Ian and Steve helped relieve the stress today. Only a small purchase, regarding a leaky tap, but they couldn't have been more helpful in making sure I had the correct items at the cheapest price. Very impressed with their attitude and manner.

Ian and his staff are super friendly and are very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Lots of lovely Christmas's stuff in now. Well worth a browse.

Cheap furniture, bath, kitchen, baskets etc

Was comparatively busy but the queueing and distancing was well handled. Plenty of space and sanitiser. Click and collect was easy once I figured out where I had to go.
