I love this shop. Great staff and i love to see their dogs, Murphy and Mischa when i go in. Ive gotten some amazing things for cats and dogs. Staff are so lovely too
Best charity shop in Heaton. Nina, the manager, has done a great job of turning the place around from what it was when it first opened. The shop is clean, well presented and not too cluttered. She has a great eye for items (no junk gets out out) and the prices are great (unlike the other charity shops on Chillingham Road that more often than not sell stuff for more than it would cost you to buy new.) I tell all my fellow bargain hunters to visit.
