Not friendly at all! Been going on and off for years as it's my closest garage but the one I spoke to ain't got a clue about customer service. One time, I had dropped off my car in the morning and was told it would be done by about lunchtime. I waited till 2PM before I rang the garage. I only wanted to know what was happening because I had children who needed picking up from school. He actually said to me he cant very much get the work done when people keep ringing the phones. Totally out of order. He did apologise but been there since a few times and he is still a very abrupt person. I'll try not to return!
