I was really disappointed by how busy the store was today. The staff are not paying much attention to controlling numbers so that it was impossible to socially distance and when I called about it, the manager said they hadn't exceeded capacity of 100 people all day. Well, either they exceeded it, or someone with common sense should have looked at behaviours and said the number would have to be lower. It was complete and total mayhem. I'm planning to boycott Waitrose until they start working sensibly. (I have 2 stars because the staff are still very nice despite the chaos.)

Very covid safe. Security at door ensuring not too many people in shop. Felt safe. Lots of stock too.

The meals and service were above my expectations. We really liked the ambience of this place. Superb spot to take the family out for dinner.
Easy access for cars bikes and pedestrians. The store is well laid out with everything needed and the staff as expected are very helpful. Lovely shopping experience
