Wonderful Marina Location close to Newbury Victoria Park!

We called in at 11:15 on a saturday morning to look at the facilities and check out the prices as we are looking for a new Marina. The gate was locked and when I called the number I was told the person in charge had gone for lunch until 12:30 and I'd have to make an appointment! I said I'd driven all the way and I just wanted a list of mooring prices but they refused to tell me or let me in. We'll take our 2000 somewhere with better customer service.
