I have been using the property management service for a couple of years now, it provides a hassle free way of being a landlord. As an accidental landlord, this has allowed me to keep the property as an investment. Of course it comes at a cost, but its a real time saver. I have been really pleased with a recent turnaround of tenants, especially considering the current times, thank you Lucy Reeves for making it a pain free experience :D

I sold my house throughJones Robinson. I have to say I was not overly impressed by the sales team although perhaps this was due to the current pandemic. I was quite disappointed apart from with a lovely lady called Karen who did some of the viewings. However when it came to the conveyancing part Caroline Maddox really excelled. She was certainly worth the commission paid as she was constantly in touch and pushing the sale forward. I cannot praise her enough as she kept a chain of 5 communicating in a difficult sale.
Really great service! Particularly want to commend Lucy, Freya and Rhian. The whole process of finding property was really stressing me out and they were incredibly patient and supportive. Great professionalism! 100% recommend!!
We have recently purchased a property through Jones Robinson and our experience, particularly dealing with Paula Rudge, has been faultless. Paula has gone above and beyond to progress our purchase (which has been a particularly difficult and long process) and has exceeded all of our expectations. She has always been available to respond to our queries (even on her days off!) and has always communicated in a professional and timely manner. Despite the additional challenges posed by the pandemic and people not working under usual circumstances, Paula has kept things moving, always reassuring us and keeping us informed. I am currently in the process of moving into a flat which has been made easy with the help of Freyea and Vanessa. Both have been very professional and very accommodating to all my needs and requests.
