What has happened to copart? RUN & DRIVE!!! SEE PIC BELOW. I really don't know what has happened to copart uk (Newbury branch) i have bought many cars over 10-15 years or so that I've been a member. They fail to contact you regarding delivery times which can cause all sorts of problems when they just dump your vehicle anywhere if you're not around, not only that the run & drive description is pushed way beyond what is acceptable, I just received a vehicle with broken steering & suspension & obviously unable to drive so it was forced to move dragging the wheel & tearing wires & brake pipes etc. The car must have been set up to look OK for the images accompanying the listing as it really only just balanced on its suspension leg, but once moved the wheel went to an obtuse angle clearly showing how serious the damage actually is. Their terms & conditions has them pretty well covered, be aware!

Cunning thieves, thats what they are. Membership fees gone up to the roof@100 Online biddings fee @ ( how else are we supposed to bid) 40!!!! Just to bring the vehicle out of the yard!!! Thieves..thieves!!! Avoid at all cost!!!! On top of this, they cheat by pumping op the biddings.

Shambolic company who have no regard for your property Had my vehicle returned to me damaged and in worse condition than when they contacted it. Delivery driver didn't care at all, threw my keys through my postbox. He didn't like it when I gave them back to him in his lorry. He then proceeded to abandoned my vehicle in the road with the key on the windscreen (not even inside the car), back tape over the number plates, rubbish inside. Even when I rang the company and spoke to the so called operations manager at 9 am, she didn't seem to care to much but however promised to email me so I can forward photos of the damage. After numerous phone calls during the day and promises that the email would be sent before the end of the day, nothing has been received.... Its now 19.30 and still no email from the manager. Fantastic customer service
