One of the best chip shops in Chesterfield, good portion sizes for what you pay and the food is cooked properly, chips are properly fried and neither they or the fish turn out soggy. Great chicken kebab too.

I havent been to Newbold Fish Bar since i lived out that way about 14 years ago, maybe you think i was there when i was parked in Littlemoor car park when i went to Newbold Surgery my doctors.

This is my local chip shop. I can't complain, they are really good! Portions are BIG, prices are small, so good value for money. Their menu is forever expanding as well, especially with deep fried halloumi, them things are delicious! 10/10 would recommend

Great food but always waiting on chips for what they say is a few minutes but never is. Been there 4 times today but guess what no chips each time unless I wait, which I did eventually as I was on a 30min lunch break and had run out of time by this point, then they served a new customer before me, total wait time over 30mins, they dont even say hello when you walk in either, what is wrong with takeaways in the current crisis when they can not be arsed to say hello.. They should be rolling out the red carpet for customers at the moment.. Never again

Visited this place twice while we was in the area for few days.Cannot avoid the recommendation after the great food experience we had! Best Fish and Chips we ever tried!!! Delicious kebab.. Impressed by the professianalism of the staff, so clean, great service. Well done guys Thank you for the hospitality Tottally reccomended!!!
