Andrew and the team just sold our bungalow - really quickly. They are very friendly and professional, and nothing was too much trouble. Only offering a limited number of properties for sale at any one time means they can offer a personal and attentive approach. This makes such a difference. The virtual tour online viewing facility is really impressive, and something that would have been helpful when viewing the property we eventually bought 150 miles away. This is definitely the way forward for estate agency, in my opinion. I would certainly recommend Newberry Tully if you are looking to move house!

As a full time property investor/landlord I deal with estate agents every single day. Some are good, some not so good but Newberry Tully are exceptional. Having dealt with Andrew on a previous purchase which went without any issue I felt confident to instruct them on our sale and they happened to be selling the property we wanted so it made sense. From start to finish I found the team extremely helpful, Sarah, Jeanne, Stephen and Andrew all helped in the process and did everything they could to ensure things went smoothly. However at points in the sale/purchase things don't always go smoothly and this is normally the time that companies let clients down, not the case with Andrew and Newberry Tully- Andrew's approach and creativity to getting this sale through took things to another level for me. Absolutely fantastic service! I am so pleased we chose Andrew. He guided us every part of the way and smoothed out any problems for us. The entire office staff are all so caring and keep their word. If a call is promised it arrives punctually and you are never left in doubt. Living abroad with mum in a nursing home in Seaford we just couldn't attend to things ourselves . He has been so supportive and professional. The Covid restrictions whereby air corridors opened and promptly reclosed added extra stress to our situation, however we have been treated like \family\ rather than clients and were always updated every step of the way.
