Helpful, obliging and friendly!!! We purchased some garden furniture from Newbank Garden Centre and due to unforeseen issues we were unable to take delivery for a number of months. Richard (Manager) agreed to store the items free of charge until such a point that we were able to accept delivery. No pressure, no complaints and very accomodating. Would not hesitate to recommend for great customer service and quality products.

It's an ok garden centre but I've given the low score for 2 reasons. Firstly the owners and staff (apart from one or two) are so miserable, nobody cracks a smile. If you speak to them it's like you owe them a favour. I've run a business myself and realise the importance of customer care and satisfaction. They've been established there for a long time now and so I think they are very complacent, I think the mentality is if I lose a customer, another will replace them. Secondly I went for some Xmas lights, there was none left of the type I required, I asked if I could have the ones on display, they obliged. On purchasing I asked for discount, they declined. These lights have non replacement bulbs. They've been up for weeks, on for hours every day. I think a kind gesture goes a long way but not at Newbank Royton, Oldham.

Few issues with a bistro set today but resolved without question. Plus ornaments and flowers to finish the job off. Although two are from Booths, keeping it local. Best garden centre around though.
