Whitegates Newark Estate & Letting Agents

I have just finished a 18 month tenancy with Whitegates and they have been completely wonderful. When we had maintenance problems a workman was organised immediately- every time I have needed to contact them for anything they have been kind and helpful and professional. I have rented with Martin & Co, William H Brown, privately... Whitegates are the best by a long shot. Brilliant letting agent.

I moved one of my properties to Whitegates after a difficult experience with another letting agency. They are organised and efficient. Communication is good. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Staff including the manager, very unprofessional and impatient...not communicated the issues to eachother, issues solved with many requests and unpleasant vibes. Tenant for over 2 years, therefore very aware of my review.

'Change of Use' from 'Office' to 'Well Being Practice' took much longer than anticipated. 'Whitegates' contacted Planning on my behalf due to delay - which proved helpful. Thank you for your patience!

I can confirm this is not a fake review, I have had dealings with this letting agents. I preferred not to write any damaging statements, the 1 star does suffice. However I can go into detail if you prefer. Edit; fake review comment from estate agents was deleted.
