I brought my taxes , and I ask many times how much they would charge me , they refused to said before , if I would know that they charge me 225.00 dollars, I won’t be accept to go inside and do anything.... I don’t recommend for anyone,I payed more affordable price to same thing on San James clinic, the reason I went because I thought will be better price , and they don’t charge bunch of people when they are minors, or probably if they don’t work or is undocumented for charging double for regular people that I am finished pay for others Ridiculous, I am very angry

Saw the most understanding and patient doctor. Going to PP isn't the world's most encouraging experience so feeling heard and taken care of is so important and they did that for me. Yea, its a small office and a bit of a wait but all PPs usually are.

The wait is just simply unacceptable. Even if you have an appointment you will wait HOURS. Twice I went and had an appointment and waited 2.5 hours! That's right two and a half HOURS before being seen. Terrible. Well 10 months later the wait is still ridiculous and even calling to make an appointment I waited on the phone for 20 minutes. It's not their fault. I just don't think they have enough funding, sadly.

Everyone here is pleasant, professional and very helpful. The facility is clean and welcoming. The wait can be long. I suggest making an appointment.
