I ordered 2 cargo containers and the trucking firm they hired failed to make the delivery. The driver was inexperienced and all prior deliveries made by other carriers never had a problem navigating the driveway. They decided to charge me the bulk of the shipping charges for their failed delivery attempt. Unethical business practices, complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau and the PayPal resolution center. It’s now 12/10 almost one week from the failed delivery and still no refund for the containers. Furthermore, the owner states they are not responsible for the 3rd party trucking company. The owner forgets to mention in their response they selected the trucking company to use for the delivery. The customer did not select the trucking company. They had no problem taking my money and when something goes wrong they take no responsibility.

I recently purchased a 20’ “one tripper” from Interport. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the container I received, as a matter of fact the tag on the container states it was manufactured the very same month I purchased it. I have received many compliments on the condition of my container and have already recommended/will continue to recommend Interport to anyone that asks. Thanks again.
Great team at Interport. They helped us out with several custom containers and guided us on what we actually needed rather than what we thought was needed. Saved us 20% by not needing an extra container.
