The website outlining the services available is very clear and easy to book. The cost is very good value. The procedure especially during Covid-19 is simple and works well and staff are extremely professional. Good communication was received at every stage. I will be returning to use this centre!

Amazing place! One of our wipers stopped working. We couldn't continue our way to home because it was raining heavily. Every other mechanic told us it is not fixable for the night. I called up Halfords and they told us we could stop by and they'll have a look, but couldn't guarantee anything. The mechanic at Halfords fixed the wiper within a few minutes! We are so thankful! Unfortunatley we didn't get his name... but Thank you so much!

I use Halfords retail stores frequently for bike and car related items and have always been very happy with service, range, quality and prices. When I couldn't get in to my normal garage I thought I'd try Halfords. Initially surprised as a full service and MOT was cheaper than my regular place. Service quality (bloke behind the desk ) was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Offered extras, one of which I wanted (oil sludge treatment) and another (aircon sanitation) which i requested. Got a call back when work was finished, as quoted, and all ready when I arrived. Car sounds good after service and no longer smells of wet dog when aircon used. Only time will tell on quality of service, but if it's the same group as the retail stores I'm hopeful. Strong contender for the future but I still like the extra personal stuff of my regular car servicing place.
