Left my headlights on whilst at work and didn’t notice until 4:30pm by which time I had a flat battery! I tried a few garages, all of whom were either closed or wouldn’t come out to help me. Call the guys at the Newark branch, Ben quickly organised for Jack to drive down to where I work. He bump started my car so that I could follow him back to the garage. The guys got me sorted with a new battery and the car was sorted super quick. Excellent service, especially so late on a Saturday, cannot thank the guys enough and would absolutely recommend them. 5* service, thanks guys!

Popped in here for a slow puncture repair and ended up having 3 tyres replaced placed! Friendly and knowledgeable team. Helped me get a good deal on the tyres (well, I think they did :-) would use them again.
These guys at Newark’s Formula one are heroes. I had a full master service there. The guy were brilliant, they explained everything to me they were respectful and very helpful. The car drove like new after. I also had an mot there and again everything is explained to you. The prices are excellent I did check around and they are the best. I have now had new tyres fitted and I was shown the tyres and there was no pressure at all as to which I chose just great advice given. I won’t take my car anywhere else. You guys are brilliant. Thank you so much. Thank you for the help today Hero. I would definitely recommend this garage. Don’t ever worry everything is explained so you are never in the dark as to what is being done to your vehicle.️️️️️
Felt when I took my car in Newark branch it took a few hours to go through my MOT and then to be told that the CO emissions had failed and needed further testing and there was a couple of things needed to be done so got priced up for new calliper and couple of things to do with the brakes and then also a new tire and this price wasb542 excludes the additional 40 for the diagnostics and also what the co emissions issue was going to cost me as well so paid for the Most test and to be told even though my original mot had to the 12 Feb to expire bring told that I would be illegal on the road with the problems I had I felt that I was being pressured in to something which I felt uncomfortable about so left go home spoke to mate and he passed me some details of a garage on the outskirts of newark so called Paul and he would see me the following day so went down and and showed the lot report and CO emissions results and told them about the slight noise and they pin pointed the problem with my emissions straight away and with the emissions and the jobs that needed doing they quoted me about 620 total so sorry F1 auto don't like being scaremongered so you have lost me as a customer and I will advise everyone to go to Paul's and you say you pride yourself of customer services what about scaring people do you pride your self in to that hope people read this post
The staff were absolutely brilliant. I arrived with a puncture with just over an hour before closing on a Saturday afternoon. The Repair was made efficiently with advice on the state of all of my tyres. None of the other tyre repairers in Newark wanted to know. Would definitely recommend them.
