Placed order online,went to collect from the Newark branch.Waited at counter,rang the bell.No one could be bothered to come and serve. Staf could see me from the office and one looked through the door of the warehouse. I left without my order.Very poor/non existent customer service.

Has only few items what is advertised on website. Customers service is lacking: need to ring 3 times bell to get someone near the cash register. Misinformation on the phone, knows nothing about the items and stock. Waist of gasoline and time to get there. There's nothing Euro about the store, especially after Brexit, - should change name to British, something like \Warehouse Syndrome \.

After spending most of the day looking for a simple Wiper Blade for a Nissan Juke and getting no-where with usual of Halfords, Allwoods etc I ended up going here, Annie sorted me out with the right part straight away, great service and cheap :-)

Want to thank the team at the Newark depot. Have used them for years and been really pleased with the service and how friendly and helpful they are. Due to some issues with an online delivery, I called them to ask for their assistance and although they couldn't help with the online order, they were able to find the part at their depot and deliver it next day (I would normally go in but due to Covid-19 that wasn't possible). Very happy with the service and would totally recommend using them again!
