Multiple services are now available at the FJC, including but not limited to, comprehensive assessments to determine needed services, civil legal and criminal justice assistance, risk assessment and safety planning, explanation of and referrals to residential shelters and housing assistance, financial planning, counseling, and assisting with parenting concerns. They told me \wait until something more serious happens\ before I try pursuing legal representation and also, because the supervisor knew the Defendant's attorney, they could not take my case...meanwhile, my son was suffering & being neglected & abused by his other parent & that family. NO JUSTICE HERE at all.

The partner agencies sometimes cannot take your case because of conflict or other reasons. So, they themselves didn't DENY you, it could have been a partner agency that they work with which has criteria set by the government.
