Bought JVC TV 18months ago and picture failed. Although out of warranty it should have lasted longer. They wouldn't collect so i took it to the shop where the manager agreed to send it to the repair centre and they would message to quote. After 7 days I went to the shop and they hadn't even sent it. On my third visit it was still there and I was told they would not help so i brought it home. NEVER trust Currys again even if you have bought stuff over many years. Disgusting service!! No communication whatsoever!!

Always bought from Currys and always had a great experience....recently purchased a Chromebook so I could embrace modern tech but it really wasn't for me and was given a full refund and have replaced it with a Lenovo instead....wouldn't buy electrical products from anywhere else! Also bought a printer via the click and collect service....really well organised and easy to use app!
