They totally saved my bacon when I was in desperate need for a last minute order of flowers for my Mum's birthday - after being let down by a well known online supplier. They took my order and delivered them to my mother within 90 minutes of our phone conversation. The quality of the flowers were exceptional, the customer service was spot on and I will most certainly be using them in the future. Serves me right for not using local suppliers and originally opting for an easy online order. ALWAYS GO LOCAL!! Thank you again, Chillipetals!

Love this place. I often call in after the school run. The staff are really friendly. The food is amazing. In the autumn I’d recomes a Christmas sandwich. The gift shop is also amazing. Lots of amazing things to buy.

I much prefer to support local shops but disappointed that after going in and ordering and paying for a posy to be collected the following day instead of a lovely fresh one I was presented with the one that was on display the previous day so not only did i get one the was where the flowers edges were turning, but did 2 journeys when if I'd have been told it was that one I could have took it with me

Perfect local cafe and shop, they do excellent cake and we regularly return for coffee and a snack. The light lunches they offer have generous portions. The shop is filled with beautiful items and regularly changes stock to keep things interesting.

We stopped off at a random place off the A1 on our long journey and are so glad we happened upon this charming cafe/gift shop and florist. Charming and helpful staff, very accomodating for gluten free dietary needs and pleasant surroundings. The food was excellent..tasty , well presented, & very good value for money as generous portions were proffered for the modest prices. The gift shop was stocked with a range of tempting goodies ( knick- knacks & ornaments, pictures, cushions, dress jewellery, handbags , gift cards etc ) ..largely nice quality, tho perhaps a tad towards the expensive end of the range. The florist had several arrangements on display and I was impressed by the unusual design and content with lovely mix of the common or garden flowers mixed with more traditional old fashioned flowers and more unusual wild meadow- like plants and greenery...very pretty. The tub/ basket arrangements on sale were well priced at 15-20.
