Superb! Took motorhome in for a couple of little jobs. Everything from booking to collection was to the highest standard. They (the actual technician working on the van) even phone you up as the work is taking place. They're very pro-active in keeping the customer informed at every stage, from booking to collection. Covid procedures second to none. They've managed to combine high standards with a personal friendly approach.

Every aspect of this place gives great customer service. From the sales and after sales team, to the service team and club Brownhills benefits. Really can't fault the place, even the food at the cafe is great, full English is fresh hot and tasty and the fish on Fridays menu was the best we've ever had from a non-fish and chip restaurant. Any issues we've had with our new motorhome has been dealt with as quickly as they could fit us in, but at our convenience. The whole staff team are friendly and helpful.
