Avoid like the plague. If you should ever have an accident which you have to have unavoidable emergency surgery they will fire you on the spot. Rude particular member of staff who accused me of being a liar, then was sarcastic when was proved incorrect. Also tried to gain confidential information from me regarding my hospital visit, because I 'must be a liar'. Never again.

Was looking for work about 2 months ago when I moved to the area, and had booked in a registration appointment. I managed to find employment without the agencies help, so I emailed \Jennifer\ to cancel the appointment and remove me from her books, which she confirmed by way of email reply. Everything was fine until today where I received a rather terse (and grammatically poor) email accusing me of not turning up to the pre arranged appointment.
Great agency. I was suddenly made redundant and was looking for specific work. I spoke to them about my requirements (type of work, salary expectations etc) and they contacted specific companies on my behalf and within a week I was back in a full time, permanent work, in a role I want to be in. I would definitely recommend, very professional.
they seem friendly but covid 19 is hitting one of their clients like the plague and paying minimum wage!
