I had a wonderful experience at the New York Sewing Center!! Amy was a fantastic teacher and was very patient with me and the class! She explained everything and took her time to make sure we understood every step!! Thank you and so glad we finished our class on March 12th, right before the world shut down due to Covid 19!!

I've taken private several lessons at The New York Sewing Center, and I've been satisfied with all of my instructors. They were very patient and attentive while helping me sew my first tote bag and zipper pouch, step-by-step. One of my instructors really helped me understand how to read a sewing pattern as a beginner, and I'm forever grateful for that.

Had a few issues with the first class. Sewing center reached out to me to offer another lesson and make things right. This is great customer service and fair treatment. I definitely would give them another shot and recommend them. Very professional and much appreciated.

My daughter (14) took online lessons with the New York Sewing Center this summer. We bought her a sewing machine but I don't know how to use it. Her teacher, who was so nice, covered all the basics with her and helped her troubleshoot when there was a problem. Also, all the materials needed for projects were shipped to us within a day or two. She started out sewing a pillow cover, followed by a face mask, and by the end of summer, she made a nice pair of pants. We will definitely come back in the future.

I have had such great experiences at NYSC, and I'm always impressed with the work I've done under their instruction! They break down the projects in such a way that even a beginner walks away with something that looks incredibly professional!
