I have been producing and performing shows at \the cell\ for the past eight years. The staff, including Nancy, the Founding Artistic Director, Kira, Artistic Director and the entire staff including Brian, Ricardo, Frank and Liz have always been helpful, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Even differences of opinion, which have rarely occurred, get worked out smoothly. (For those of you involved in the arts, you know that isn't always the case!) If you're looking to Showcase your work in a small and intimate, but very cool New York City theatre or if you're looking for a place to hold a small corporate event...give \the cell\ a look.

stumbled upon this little place with audience styled chairs and a big bed. there was a couple singing cute songs in the bright lit theater entertaining a huge crowd....so in I walked and sat down to be entertained. It was quite a find and I'll be back.
The Cell Theatre is one of my favorite places to see interesting quality shows. The space itself is beautiful and the programming by the Cell's creative directors never disappoints! You should go here. Definitely.
Nice art installation outside
Enjoyed so many amazing jazz concerts here. The Kimberly Thompson CD release, Rene McLean, James Hurt band, Courtney Bryan band just to name a few.
