Had to take some photos for a travel visa, they were very friendly and fast, I walked in without an appointment, and was in and out in 5 minutes. Photo quality is very good. Would recommend.

I feel obligated to share my unpleasant experience with Tamar, at least the individual whom I met, was more interested in squeezing more money out of customer than taking good photos for customer. Their office has only top down lighting which is unflattering and not appropriate setup for portrait photography. They use on camera flash in close distance. The staff, without clarifying how many photos I need, printed out 2 photos on a large photo paper big enough or 4 photos, then asked me if I would like to double the pay for additional photo, mentioning that he already learned from other customers that the embassy would require 3 photos. Very disappointed with how they treat the customer. Ended up leaving without the print photos. (I paid them only the digital version which was already sent to my email before their attempted double charging.) My advice would be to clarify and negotiate all pricing in advance to avoid potential unpleasant surprises. I would not use Tamar again.

This review is not about their services but the lack of customer service at their receptionist desk. The security downstairs sent me up with no problem. Once I reached the eighth floor at Suite 800, I stood there for over 20 minutes while the receptionist was on the phone. Not once did she ask how she could assist me, who I was there to see, nothing Nothing. Wasted over 20 minutes of my time and not once asked me where I needed to go who I needed to see. Obviously I left. This company seems to have great reviews but I wouldn’t know because I never had the opportunity to obtain their services. Go there if you have time to waste while the receptionist speaks on the phone and looks at you as if you’re interrupting her.

If you need a passport ASAP, this is the place for you. The staff was extremely respectful and helpful. They walked me through all the steps and how the process works. And above all got my passport 3 days after I entered the office. Will recommend this office to others. 4 STARS!

Claude and his Tamar are the nicest people in the world! I felt as I was sitting with friends. They are so friendly and helpful there. The whole process was so amazing and so quick! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for this type of service. Not to mention the location was so quick to get to and a nice office.
