Don’t go here....!!!! These people charge you 262 fee just to photo copy your paperwork and make you an appointment at another place like if you cant do that your self and it doesn’t even cover what you have to pay for the passport so you'll be paying almost 500 for a passport that costs about 180... and when we were leaving he took the paperwork copy with my sons information and ask us what about my work? What work you just took copy’s I’ll give you 1 for the copy's but thats it and he took the copy’s anyway...

I should have listened to the reviews. Everyone is very friendly, but best to go to the official passport agency. I payed this third party agency 400 and had to go to the passport agency anyways. And I received my passport soon than they could produce it. They do not refund even though they didn’t fulfill their end of the deal. They are not very knowledgeable on what is sufficient documentation needed for a passport. Go to the passport agency, it takes longer but In the end it is cheaper; and less hassle.

I expedited my US passport with Same Day office at the 347 5th Ave location with an appointment on August 29th. I was traveling on Labor Day weekend and my passport was expired. This office was able to get my US passport in time for my trip. I called multiple places in New York but no one could guarantee it due to the Labor Day weekend. Same Day office got my passport to me by Friday. Now I am ready to travel on Monday to France. I thank you for your quick service and recommend everyone to come here!!

i went by appointment at same day passport office New York at 347 5th ave location on Tuesday and received my passport on Wednesday. It suppose to delivered on Thursday . I was surprised when i received call on Wednesday by 4:45 pm. Danny did great job . They do not take passport photos at this location so please take two passport size photo. thanks you
